Micah Barry Mediation is a Georgia-based mediation practice. Micah Barry is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and authorized to handle cases in Georgia Superior, State, Probate, and Magistrate courts. Additionally, Micah Barry Mediation handles cases currently in litigation in federal courts and disputes that have not yet been filed in court. As a fully virtual mediation practice, Micah Barry Mediation can accommodate participants regardless of location.

Fees and Policies
Hourly rate: $200
Half- and full-day mediations are subject to a 2-hour minimum
County or judicial district ADR policies may modify rates or minimums to be lower

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 48 hours before mediation - $400 fee
A cancellation made during the weekend is counted as if made at 8:00 am Monday morning
If a mediation is rescheduled after paying a cancellation fee, half of the cancellation fee will be applied to the mediation cost
